Job description
Advanced Protection Systems (APS) is a global pioneer in Counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology, providing combat-proven 3D radar systems and integrated defense anti-drone solutions. Our mission is to “Protect Airspace” by providing a reliable, multi-layered shield against evolving drone threats. With an ambitious growth target, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to support our expansion in Poland and international markets.

Extreme Ownership & Reliability: You take 100% responsibility for the client’s problems. You don’t just sell equipment; you ensure the customer’s airspace is secured and their operational challenges are resolved.
Business Integration Mindset: You possess the “integrator’s touch” - the ability to build complex value propositions by combining APS proprietary products with 3rd party products.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities in Critical Infrastructural segment.
Client Advocacy & Problem Solving: Act as the primary champion for the client. You own the relationship from initial
contact through deployment, ensuring APS resolves their specific security gaps and operational pain points.
Complex Solution Design: Prepare complex proposals integrating technical descriptions (calculations, T&C) and commercial
value propositions.
Strategic Partner Collaboration: Work closely with global vendors and partners to deliver multi-layered C-UAS solutions.
Market Presence: Represent APS at major global defense events to build brand authority and generate leads.
Job requirements
Experience: Min. 5–10 years of success in B2B/B2G sales, preferably within the aviation, defense, or security industry.
Proven Results: Documented track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex project cycles.
Language: Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory for communicating with international customers and partners.
Tools: Mastery of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Education: Technical or Business degree; certification of sales performance metrics from the last 5 years is highly valued.
Travel: Mobility required (40%–60% of time). This includes international domestic and international travel.
Location: Gdynia (Headquarter) or Warsaw; the first quarter of employment will be conducted on-site at our Gdynia HQ.
